Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@inhousetreasure.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@inhousetreasure.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Customized products, modifications made at your request (such as resized rings, shortened chains, and personalized items), are non-returnable. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@inhousetreasure.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
