Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at In House Treasure. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 Shipment processing time:

 All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping rates are different from product, amount, insurance, and shipping area.

All our packages are shipped by United State Postal Service (USPS) First Class Priority Mail, 1 to 5 business days including insurance, return receipt with adult signature verification.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

In some cases it will be shipped by Registered Insured return receipt with signature verification, for higher insurance coverage which will take up to 7 to 10 business days, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

In some cases, back orders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days. !

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing.

Do you ship internationally?

In House Treasure currently does not ship outside the U.S.A.

Damages:

In House Treasure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We take the utmost care, and diligent to packaging of our product to be safe and secure.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to inhousetreasure@gmail.com no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
Please get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order, as well we will do the same from our end,
if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct.

Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order, please note; all of our product are unique and in some cases are one of a kind. In that case, any replacements for that order would be substituted for similar product or close to it, and will your expense.

My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?!

If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.  New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address regionally provided.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately to inhousetreasure@gmail.com, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter payment processor marked your order as fraudulent.  If you have any question or need support about an order or our products, send us an email at.
