A 1.42ct emerald-cut Colombian emerald sits at the center of a complete diamond halo — fourteen round brilliants, each set in an individual wire arm basket, radiating outward in a full surround. Their white brilliance frames the vivid saturated green of the emerald on every side. Beneath the setting, the wire arms open into a sculptural radiating gallery — a spoke-like framework of gold that is as architectural from the side as the halo is from the face. Crafted with a Colombian emerald, diamonds, and solid 14k yellow gold — wearable art that holds its value.

This Colombian emerald displays vivid, saturated green across the full face of the emerald-cut stone. Natural inclusions are visible to the naked eye and are characteristic of this stone.

Stone Notes:

Emerald is a variety of beryl with a Mohs hardness of 7.5–8, colored green by chromium and vanadium. Natural inclusions are characteristic of emerald. Diamonds are natural carbon crystals with a Mohs hardness of 10.

Care:

Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, and prolonged chemical exposure. Never apply lotions, creams, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under running water. Store separately in a soft pouch away from harder jewelry to protect the emerald, shared prongs, fourteen diamond settings, wire arm baskets, radiating gallery, and shank. Annual inspection recommended — verify the shared prongs, all fourteen diamond settings, wire basket integrity, gallery integrity, and shank integrity at each inspection.
