A 7.84ct emerald-cut Swiss blue topaz is secured by paired wire prongs at all four corners in a flat double wire basket. Four round brilliant diamonds form a triangular arrangement on each shoulder, with one at the top, one at the bottom, and two side by side between them. Open gallery windows reveal the stone’s pavilion, while split shoulders merge into a polished band at the back. Crafted with Swiss blue topaz, diamonds, and solid 14k yellow gold.
