Marquise Tanzanite & Diamond Cluster Ring

A 1.75ct faceted marquise tanzanite is secured by four side prongs within a mixed-cut diamond surround. Ten round brilliant diamonds frame the pointed ends, while four tapered baguettes fan outward along each shoulder. Curved gold supports form an open gallery beneath the stones, and the split shoulders join into a polished tapered band. Crafted with tanzanite, diamonds, and solid 18k yellow gold.

This tanzanite displays a vivid royal blue-violet. Tanzanite is a strongly pleochroic stone — color shifts between vivid royal blue-violet and deep violet-blue depending on light source and viewing angle.

Stone Notes:

Tanzanite is the blue-violet variety of zoisite, with a Mohs hardness of 6.5. Its pleochroism causes color to vary with viewing direction. This marquise stone displays vivid royal blue-violet tones. Diamonds are crystalline carbon with a Mohs hardness of 10.

Care:

Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under hot water or running water. Store separately in a soft pouch to protect the tanzanite, round diamond settings, baguette box settings, open ornate gallery, and tapered shank.
