Color Note:

This amethyst displays a rich, deeply saturated violet-purple — even and luminous across the full face of the oval, shifting from violet to purple with the angle of light.

Stone Notes:

Amethyst is a naturally occurring quartz variety colored violet-purple by iron, with natural translucency and a Mohs hardness of 7. Natural inclusions are characteristic of genuine amethyst and are fully expected in these stones. A single round brilliant diamond accents the bail setting in white gold — Mohs 10, white, bright, and precisely placed.

Care:

Your jewelry is a lifetime investment and a work of art — treat it with the care it deserves. Remove before sleeping, swimming, bathing, showering, or any prolonged water exposure. Never apply lotions, creams, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, and prolonged chemical exposure. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under hot water or running water. Store separately in a soft pouch to protect the amethyst mounting rails, diamond enhancer setting, and clasp. Annual inspection recommended — verify the mounting rails, all four center prongs, diamond prong setting, enhancer clasp security, and bail integrity at each inspection.
