Color Note:
The black coral displays a smooth, deeply lustrous jet black — even and consistent across each oval cabochon. The Burmese rubies display a vivid, deep red — rich and saturated across each oval face.
Stone Notes:
Black coral is a rare organic marine material with a smooth, deeply lustrous jet-black surface, Mohs 3.5–4.0. The Burmese rubies are oval cabochons of vivid deep red — naturally included from formation, a hallmark of genuine ruby origin — Mohs 9, and precisely placed.
A Note on Color:
Photography is captured under controlled lighting to represent this piece as accurately as possible. Black coral and ruby color shifts with the angle of light and view, and colors may read slightly differently depending on your light source, screen calibration, and brightness.
Care:
Your jewelry is a lifetime investment and a work of art — treat it with the care it deserves. Remove before swimming, bathing, or any prolonged water exposure. Never apply lotions, creams, or perfume while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Clean black coral gently with a soft damp cloth only — do not use soap, ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or chemical jewelry cleaners. Clean ruby settings gently with warm water and mild soap using a soft brush; pat dry thoroughly. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Store separately in a soft pouch. Annual inspection recommended — verify all stone settings and box clasp mechanism at each inspection.
