Oval Burmese Jadeite & Diamond Wave Ring

An oval Burmese jadeite cabochon sits at the center of an asymmetric wave mounting. Round brilliant diamonds arc around the stone in individual prong settings. Two flat, stepped gold fins rise at the upper left, while two descend at the lower right, sweeping diagonally across the ring. An open gallery reveals the setting beneath the cabochon. Burmese jadeite has rich translucent green color and depth across the polished oval cabochon.

Stone Notes:
Jadeite is a pyroxene mineral with a Mohs hardness of 6.5–7. This Burmese oval cabochon has a smooth domed surface, translucent depth, and rich green color. Diamonds are natural carbon crystals with a Mohs hardness of 10.

Care:

Your jewelry is a lifetime investment and a work of art — treat it with the care it deserves. Remove before sleeping, swimming, bathing, showering, or any prolonged water exposure. Never apply lotions, creams, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, and prolonged chemical exposure. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under hot water or running water. Store separately in a soft pouch away from harder jewelry to protect the jadeite, all prong settings, all ten diamond settings, stepped gold fins, wave mounting, and shank. Annual inspection recommended — verify jadeite prong settings, all ten diamond settings, fin integrity, mounting integrity, and shank integrity at each inspection.
