Color Note: This rubellite tourmaline displays a rich rose-wine red — deeply saturated, with purplish-red depth in the body of the stone and vivid rose-red at the facet edges. Natural inclusions may be present and are characteristic of genuine tourmaline.

Stone Notes: Rubellite is the trade name for the finest red-to-pink tourmalines, displaying a rich, saturated red or rose-red color. Tourmaline ranks 7–7.5 on the Mohs scale.

Tourmaline is durable but handle with care — remove before sleeping, swimming, showering, or any water activity. Never apply lotions, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact, sharp blows, and sudden temperature changes. Clean gently with warm water and mild soap using a soft brush to reach between all round diamond settings, all baguette channel settings, and into the open wire basket construction; pat dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Store separately in a soft pouch. Annual inspection recommended — verify all round and baguette diamond settings, center stone basket integrity, and triple wire shank at each inspection.
