Tanzanite & Baguette Diamond Fan Ring

A 1.80ct faceted oval tanzanite is secured by four prongs, flanked by eighteen tapered baguette diamonds arranged nine per side in channel-set fans. The baguettes graduate toward the middle of each curved fan, framed by polished gold borders. Geometric openings beneath the mounting reveal the gallery, and broad shoulders taper into the band. Crafted with tanzanite, diamonds, and solid 18k yellow gold.

This tanzanite displays a vivid royal blue-violet. Tanzanite is a strongly pleochroic stone — color shifts between vivid royal blue-violet and deep violet-blue depending on light source and viewing angle.

Stone Notes:

Tanzanite is the blue-violet variety of zoisite, with a Mohs hardness of 6.5. Its pleochroism causes color to vary with viewing direction. This oval stone displays vivid royal blue-violet tones. Diamonds are crystalline carbon with a Mohs hardness of 10.

Care:

Never apply lotions, creams, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Handle the baguette diamond edges with particular care. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, and prolonged chemical exposure. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under hot water or running water. Store separately in a soft pouch to protect the tanzanite, crown prongs, baguette channel settings, geometric lattice gallery, and wide tapered shank. Annual inspection recommended — verify all tanzanite prongs, baguette channel integrity, lattice gallery, and shank at each inspection.
