Tanzanite & Baguette Diamond Fan Ring

A 1.80ct oval tanzanite is set in a four-prong crown mounting, flanked on each side by nine tapered baguette diamonds totaling 1.20ct channel-set in graduated fan arcs. Each baguette steps outward in increasing length, sweeping from the base of the stone to the outer shoulder in a clean, continuous fan. Beneath the mounting, an open geometric lattice gallery frames the pavilion above a wide tapered shank. Crafted with tanzanite, diamonds, and solid 18k yellow gold — wearable art that holds its value.

This tanzanite displays a vivid royal blue-violet. Tanzanite is a strongly pleochroic stone — color shifts between vivid royal blue-violet and deep violet-blue depending on light source and viewing angle.

Tanzanite is a blue-violet variety of zoisite, found exclusively near Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, with a Mohs hardness of 6.5. Tanzanite is strongly pleochroic, shifting between vivid royal blue-violet, deep violet-blue, and burgundy depending on the angle and light source. Inclusions may be present and are characteristic of tanzanite. Diamonds are natural carbon crystals, Mohs 10, white and bright.

Care:

Remove before sleeping, swimming, bathing, showering, or any prolonged water exposure. Never apply lotions, creams, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Handle the marquise and baguette diamond edges with particular care. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, and prolonged chemical exposure. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under hot water or running water.
