South Sea Pearl & Diamond Overlapping Arc Ring

A 15.10mm round South Sea pearl with a silvery-white body and soft blue overtone sits above two overlapping diamond-set arcs. Round brilliant diamonds in U-settings follow the arcs around the pearl base, while diamond-accented sections continue down both sides of the shank. Crafted with a South Sea pearl, natural diamonds, and solid 14k white gold.

Note: The slight concavity at the pearl base is a growth characteristic and does not affect luster, nacre quality, or structural integrity.

Color Note:

This South Sea pearl displays a silvery white body color with a soft blue overtone that shifts across the surface depending on angle and light source. The silvery white body color is a natural characteristic of the variety.

Stone Notes:

South Sea pearls are cultured in the silver-lipped oyster (Pinctada maxima), with a Mohs hardness of 2.5–4.5. The silvery-white body color and soft blue-gray overtone are characteristics of the thick, layered nacre structure. Minor surface variations are characteristics of cultured pearls. Diamonds are natural carbon crystals with a Mohs hardness of 10.

Care:

Your jewelry is a lifetime investment and a work of art — treat it with the care it deserves. Remove before sleeping, swimming, bathing, showering, or any prolonged water exposure. Never apply lotions, creams, hairspray, perfume, or cosmetics while wearing — always put on last. Avoid prolonged exposure to perspiration. Avoid impact and abrasive surfaces. Keep away from hot water, direct sunlight, and sudden temperature changes. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, and prolonged chemical exposure, which can damage nacre and affect the stones. Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Wipe gently after each wear with a soft, dry cloth dampened with plain water only — do not soak or rinse under hot water or running water. Store separately in a soft pouch away from harder stones. Annual inspection recommended — verify all 78 diamond U-settings, both overlapping arcs, diamond-accented shank sections, pearl peg and epoxy security, and shank integrity at each inspection.
